12/01/2009 - I started my hair hide away with braids under a wig.

I will continue my reggie of:

growth aid mix of Megatek, MTG,Ors growth serum and MN.
Moisturizing with WN and Scurl then sealing with Castor oil, Shea Butter, Vitamin E and Olive oil mix.

Washing and Condish:
Alternating weeks of washing with Megatek products and Herbal Essence Long term relationship.
Clearify with ION and wash with Aphogee every 4th week

**NO HEAT** Air drying in braids only

Continuing vitamins:
2x a day

o Hairfinity
o Garlic pills
o B-Complex
o Evening Primrose oil
o Prenatal
o Slow FE
o NuHair DHT Blocker
o Biotin ( added 12/24)
