shampoo every 2wks
apply mega tek and castor oil to my scalp
and detangle with jamaican mango n lime spray
i take multivitamins by choice and just by chance it has helped my hair


i know ive been on the hide out but i promise you guys my hair is more and more beautiful and yes i decided to go fully natural

change in regimen===

and apple cidar
