~Wash & Con once a week with Kera Care, and NTM.
~I use Cantu Shae Butter leave in every other day, also Hollywood Olive Oil every other day.
~I switch oils every other day Joba oil, Grapeseed Oil, and Kemi Oil, and Shea butter Oil depending on what I want to use for the day.
~No direct heat, I wash and roller then wrap my hair, if I want it flat iron I go to the stylist this is not offen.
~ Liquid Vitamins just started to take them April 08 .
