What practices have hindered your hair growth? Wearing it down and
not realizing the friction against my clothing causes damage; the
use of curling irons to bump the ends; alcohol based products;
wearing my bun in one direction only; wrapping my hair every night.
I stopped doing all of the above.
What practices have helped your hair growth? Deep conditioning
Treatments, the use of natural oils, and wearing my hair in a clip
off the shoulders when it was relaxed.
