I am finally all natural ! I did not "BC", but I cut my hair gradually over time, for every few inches of new growth, I cut off a few inches of relaxed hair. I did cut my hair two times, from shoulder length to mid neck, I call those my "Mini Cuts".
Start of Transition: October 2006
Mini-Chops : May 2007, Oct. 2007
Last clipping of relaxed ends: June 2008

*Once a week, or once every two weeks:*
Pre-poo with coconut or amla oil over night, or for a hour+ before washing
Wash hair with Shikakai, amla, bhringraj Soap Bar
Condtion with Hair Mayo
Leave-in conditioner Lacio Lacio
Seal with Castor Oil
Braid or Roller set
*HENNA Regimin, once a month*
Pre-poo with oil
Henna (mix: green tea, a little lemon, & honey)
Co-wash
Leave-in conditioner Lacio Lacio
Seal with Castor Oil
Braid or Roller set

Roux Porosity Control Conditioner (for "washing")
Cheap Moisturizing Condtioner (leave-in/sqeeze out)
Infusium 23,Water, Glycerin mix in spray bottle for daily keep up & detangling
Elasta QP Mango Butter
Olive oil or Amla Oil (to seal in moisture)
TWICE A MONTH CLARIFYING & DEEP CONDITIONING REGIMIN (or when straightening hair):
Aphogee Moisturizing Shampoo
Aphogee 2 Min Reconstructer
Aphogee Vitamin Leave-in
IF USING HEAT:
Redken Ultra-Straight Protective Balm (on wet hair before roller setting)
FHI Hot Sauce Protection (on dry hair before flat ironing)
DAILY MAINTANENCE:
Elasta QP Mango Butter
Oil to seal in moisture (Olive oil or Amla Oil)
Wrap hair at night, or pin curl at night and cover with satin scarf.
I sleep on a Satin Pillow as well.
