Hair Regimen:

My hair regimen is constantly changing. I usually wash once or twice a week.

1. Section hair - Pre-treat hair with extra virgin olive oil.

2. Wash hair in sections with Isoplus Neutralizing Shampoo. Deep condition with Mane n' Tail Original Conditioner for 10 minutes.

3 Use a little Mane n' Tail Conditioner as a leave-in conditioner. Apply Proclaim Glossing Polish on ends of hair.

-Roller set hair. Sit under hooded dryer until hair is dry.

-Flat iron new growth.

-Daily- I usually pin my hair up and put on a scarf before going to bed.

-Every three months: Relax with Revlon Realistic Lye Super Formula.
-Henna-Indigo Treatment for natural black coloring. I may cease using Henna and Indigo as I am finding it quite too messy.

Oils: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter
