SOOON TO BE REDONE..... REVAMPING GOALS, and getting back in line with health.... why my ends are disappearing but the rest is growing find.... I dont like the no ends look... :-S Lol....

The History: Before I found LHCF, I was terrible with using direct heat.. I used it everyday and wore my hair down more often than not, but still managed to maintain a reasonable bit of length... I always wore my silk or satin scarf each night, which I guess helped in keeping hair secure...

In Ocober 2002, I had my hair cut into a short Hally Berry style, in my 2003 October - Regular Set Album you can see that photo... I wanted to do a B.C. (Big Chop) giving my hair a new beginning without any damaged hair.

Currently: In October, I began using MTG, and I have been doing a wet pony every few days after applying my oils, moisturizers, Surge 14 Revitalizer, leave-in, and this product... I use various leave-in's including, Lacio Lacio, Salerm21, and Kuz revalitizing wax...

The various oils, and moisturizers I use include, but not limited to are: extra virgin olive oil, cocunut, emu, and jojoba oils. ORS Carrot Oil, Shea butter, Elasta's QP Mango butter, off the rack of Pantene's Relaxed/Natural line- Daily Oil Cream Moisturizer, Profectiv Healthy Ends, and Profectiv Growth & Repair are my daily moisturizers.

My Regimen will be: I know that is and will be constantly changing. I have quite a few bottles of Puritan Pride's vitamins (500 mg-MSM, 5 mg-Biotin) that I do plan to start taking, along with a Centrum Platinum Multivitamin...

As far as my diet, I want to make it a point to drink 48-64 oz. of water daily. For my entire life, my hair has rarely gotten any longer than it is currently.. I am hoping that by putting a great deal of effort into my regimen, I will be able to achieve my goals...

This month, I plan to start a new, because I have noticed that my once thickening hair is starting to get really fine around the hairline. I also want to keep track of progress, and update this album frequently...
