*MY REGIMEN*

Right now I'm in the Cathy Howse Challenge on BHM so I'm washing every 3 days with CON Ultra Moisturizing shampoo (using the C&G method) and following with a deep conditioning with my mix of protein conditioner. After that, I spray with a 50/50 mix of water and Infusium 23 (Moisturizing), and a dab each of Garnier Fructis Length & Strength Split Ends Creme and Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil Lotion. I brush my hair into two ponytails and let air dry. When dry, apply my growth aid to my scalp, moisturize my ends with Silk Elements Olive Oil Lotion (doesn't have petroleum, so it's lighter) and then bun and baggy, and then cover with a satin bonnet. I moisturize with the SE OOL every night and apply my growth aid every other night.

I'm doing 3 month relaxer stretches, so about once a month, during the first days of the full moon, I'll fully straighten my hair (either by the Dominicans, or flat ironing) and I'll trim off less than 1/8 inch. This is the only time, if ever, that I wear my hair down, but since I'm used to wearing it up, I always have a claw clip on hand.

I'm constantly buying and trying new products, so sometimes I don't really stick to these exact products, but I always stick to the steps.
