AS OF TODAY APRIL 15, 2008 I am 27yrs natural!...lmao
I have been natural all my life...27 years!...NATTY LOVE!
I have never had a relaxer/perm, blowdrying and the hot curler was just enough on my tresses.
I wear my hair in a curly fro or an afro...twistouts...mohawks....
It is kinda interesting I wear my hair straight to get trims and as soon as I trim it I wash my hair to get it curly and chunky again...Straight hair does not even feel comfortable on me...I need my FRO, CURLS, AND NAPPY LUV!..

I am a vegetarian so my diet consists of many different fruits, vegetables, soy, raw foods, natural juices, nuts, vitamins, fruit, salmon, and WATER. I take Biotin for my hair and nails everyday. I work out everyother day....consisting of walking, riding a bike, and running. I lift 5 pound and 4 pound weights for my upper body mass. Your diet has alot to do with your hair and skin. Staying away from fast foods...fried foods...sugar (alot)...spicy foods...

To Grow Your Hair Faster

Trim ends during the New Moon or during the First Phase of the Moon when the light of the moon is increasing.

The best astrological signs for faster, longer and healthier hair is the New Moon in Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn or Pisces.

When possible start a hair growth program with the New Moon in one of the most beneficial signs. Start by trimming a tiny bit of hair from your ends during the New Moon or First Phase of the Waxing (increasing) Moon.
