I am a young woman who is still growing. I am currently a 27 year old student who recently earned an M.S. in Psychometrics and am currently workin on my Ph.D. in School Psychology and Psychometrics with the ultimate goal of owning and operating Autism clinics.
I am a health nut and believe that the body is capable of giving you excellent feedback if you feed it correctly. Not just in the realm of food, but with exercise, limiting harsh chemicals and learning your individual needs. I am still learning and growing and am here to share my journey to ultimate health and natural bliss!
