- Heyyy, all lovely heads of hair..i welcome u to my fotik and u r welcome to leave me any comments while u r here.
My hair type is mainly 4b and 3c with 4a at the hair line and 3b at the nape.
My goal is healthy blunt thick mbl hair.
**I will be changing my product list soon because i am in the process of purchasing only natural hair and skin products.
I wash my hair 1-2 times per week.
I dont not co-wash...my hair doesnt like it.
Each time i wash i deep con...its that rare time that a friend calls and i have to do a quick wash...for that time i use ntm daily conditioner.
Usually i deep condition with ntm mask or i may sleep overnight with aubrey organics honey suckle rose conditioner.
Now and then i would do a light protein deep conditioner but mostly i use moisturizing deep con.
I always use a leave in...usually it would be star lacio lacio or silicon mix leave in. I like the lacio better.
When i blow dry i would use the bb oil moisturizer on wet hair as a heat protectant. It works pretty good when i use it this way. I dont always blowdry my hair only when i need it dried quickly. I usually air-dry.
I flat iron my hair once a week and i use Fantasia IC heat protectant in the spray bottle.
I hardly do protective styling and because of this i find that my hair suffers. I get major splits but i tend to trim regularly anyway.
I self-relax every 8-10.
If i should get under-processed i would relax 6 weeks post.
I do my trims myself or my mum would do them for me.
I use to take biotin...it works great! but i have a bad memory and because of that i dont take them anymore and havent since mid last year.
I try to drink lots of water and i am looking into taking flaxseed oil ( in some form or fashion ) for my hair and skin.
