- Im a 19 year old college student at Oakwood University. My hair has been through it all and I've been growing it out since i was around 13. My hair has been natural for years. Because i dont really trust anyone with my hair, i do my own hair. I don't have a strict regimen. When i have kinky twists, i don't wash my hair unless i go swimming. When my hair is out, i cowash almost everyday with suave humectant. If i'm wearing my hair dry mostly, i wash once a week with creme of nature's moisturizing shampoo and condition with pantene pro-v relaxed n natural. I cover my hair with a silk scarf every night and try to treat my hair as delicately as possible.
