Ive been nappy for almost 14 years straight now... :) Had it short for a very long time. The years I count are the years that I let it grown out and my struggles and victories along the way. My album is a celebration of afro textured hair and a little about my city Toronto Canada, Ontario and anywhere else I get to. :)

*Updates* May 2009
I havent been doing much to my hair at all. Weekly washings and in the summer almost daily cause I hate it icky. I condition. I cover at night. I use minimal products...the thing just grows...LoL. I eat better, more fish and vegetables, take regular vitamins, drink lots of water, sleep well, no magic no bells and whistles. Im enjoying it. I could use something to help retain moisture cause my hair is fussy and doesnt like products for any length of time. So Im checking out blogs on here to see what others are using. I use Organics products and a wee bit of Shea Butter cause I like the natural stuff the best. Thats about it. Hope you are having a Happy Nappy Day. Cammy xoxo
