Hair type ~ wavy, squishy, kinky, coily, springy curls; medium to thick density.
Current Length ~ child curls; layered, shoulder (stretched)
Current Style ~ au naturale :)

GROWTH GOALS:

Short term ~ SL, stretched by 1.09 / Goal Met :)
Mid term ~ APL, stretched by 12.09
Long term ~ BSL, stretched by 4.11
Ultimate goal ~ Midback, stretched by 4.12

As far as my regimen is concerned ****as of 11/09****

~Wash scalp with Giovanni tea tree shampoo once a month or bi-monthly.
~Condition wash hair 1-2x per month using either Suave, or Aussie Moist.
~Deep condition hair once a week, with heat for an hour, using Aubrey Organics Honey Suckle Rose Conditioner, or Aubrey Organics GPB.

I finger detangle my hair in the shower, in sections (2; one on the left, one one the right) after same has been drenched with water and conditioner. Then I use my jilbere shower comb. Once my hair has been detangled, I add more conditioner, and rinse my hair leaving a bit of the conditioner in. I use my hands to dry my hair, and sometimes scrunch it with paper towels OR a cotton tshirt. I add my leave-in and either let my hair airdry (if I have time), or I will proceed to the style of choice.
