- I've created this journal as a way of keeping track of my hair journey. It to me a while to finally get myself in gear and I don't have very many photos yet, but I figured I'd start this anyway. I'm still a relative newbie but I do have a tentative hair care regimen. I currently wear weaves as a protective style.
My regimen:
Once a week:
Prepoo for 30 min w/ a protein conditioner or protein treatment (sometimes I add a teaspoon of olive oil)
Shampoo and Condition
Deep Condition for 30min-1hr w/ a moisturizing conditioner
Everyday:
Moisturize with KeraCare Conditioning Cream Headress
Apply Boundless Tresses to scalp
Wear a satin scarf to bed with hair in a loose braid
