Hi everyone!! My name is Nikki..I'm 23 and from Brooklyn..I enjoy long walks on the beach..parasailing..hiking..j/k..lol..Anyways..I decided to "go natural" because 1)I've been trying for a while and all of my attempts ended in giving in to the cracky cream..so I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it; 2)I want to see what my real hair looks like..unaltered and 3)I'm tired of dealing with perms and that whole process..and so here I am..about to embark on my natural hair journey!!

Hey everyone!! I was gone for a while due to sickness..I was sick with pneumonia for 3 weeks and so I've just been getting back into things and haven't had a chance to check my Fotki..THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE LOVELY COMMENTS!!! I really appreciate all of the love..esp. from such beautiful haired ladies like yourselves..it means a lot..=)

I will be adding some more pics today..and will try to update as often as I can..

My new routine is as follows: conditioner wash with suave/vo5, leave in HE LTR, apply Eco Styler gel, and air dry. Nice and simple =). Sorry for being awol. Life happened. But as always I will try to update as much as I can. Love you guys and thanks for the beautiful comments!!
