This is the year that I will grow long and healthy hair.I have been neglected my hair for too long now.I will commit to grow my hair out and to keep on doing it even after i reach my goal.I've made up my mind i am transitioning bye bye relaxer hello nappturality.

** i will not use heat


washing is done in the evening so that my hair will stay moiturize for the next day.

Oil scalp with either DOO GRO Stimulating or Growth profective growth oil.

Monday
Co-Wash
Spray scalp and braids with braid spray, then infusium 23.

Tuesday
Oil scalp with either DOO GRO Stimulating Growth Oil or profective growth oil.

Wednesday
Co-Wash
Spray scalp and braids with braid spray, then infusium 23,

Thursday
Oil scalp with either DOO GRO Stimulating Growth Oil or profective growth oil.

Friday
Shampoo and condition
Spray scalp and braids with braid spray, infusium 23,

Saturday
Oil scalp with either DOO GRO Stimulating Growth Oil or profective growth oil.


My produtcs:
I use neutrogena triple moisture shampoo and conditioner
I also use herbal essence hello hydration or suave
I deep conditon once a month with neutrogena deep condition or aphogee, I really like emergencee by nexus it's very good for strength but it's very hard to find.
As a leave in i use cantu leave in conditioner.And that's it
