ROUTINE:

I shampoo/cowash my hair with Tea Tree Shampoo, natural shampoo (no L.Sulphate) products once a week or every other week, to keep my scalp healthy and promote healthy hair growth and oil my scalp when it requires it.

Steam my hair about every two weeks with good products usually Nexxus Humectress, Tea Tree Cholesterol cream, Aryuverdic Indian growth oil on my side temples combined which includes Coconut oil and sometimes Avlon Affirm Reconstructor conditioner.

Daily - spray water and West Indian Castor oil on my hair to stop dryness or Vegetable Glycyerin mixed with water. Also use Shea Butter whip to grease hair and transitioning hair. I also use this product on top of leave in conditoner for braid outs - See products.

Protective styles - Senegalese twists, moisturised braids (leave in conditioner, EVOO) underneath my wigs which I can spray with the above on a daily basis if necessary, braid outs.
