Ever since I can remember my hair has been coarse and thick. I've been relaxed since age 8.

I've been on this healthy hair journey since 01-07-2009 and my goal is to make my hair the absolute best it can be; I want healthy hair.

I really tried to stick to certain techniqes/products but I always revert to doing the following simply when I feel like my hair needs it:

Deep conditioning; protein treatments; weekly shampoo; oil and moisturize daily; moderate heat.
