I'm excited about My all natural hair journey! :-) I started Relaxing my hair about 9 years ago, when I moved from California to Atlanta..I didn't know how to handle the humidity out here...and wasn't sure what else to do besides...relaxing...so I've been relaxing off and on ever since...it was in October of 2007 that I finally decided to let it go...and get back to my roots. That is the date of my last Perm...so I'm about 10 months in to the natural haircare stage...it's been an interesting journey so far...I've done a couple of mini chops but realize that I still have a couple of permed ends on there..so another one is coming soon. AHHHHH I'm VERY nervous, but that's just because I've always thought I needed hair to cover up this big head of mine...Thanks to you ladies though I've been able to learn SO much and as time goes on the BC doesn't seem AS scary...I'm still nervous but am feeling more and more confident as I browse through all of your BEAUTIFUL pictures...I hope to find the courage to do it soon...lol, we'll see...wish me luck!
