I use these Products every now & then:
* Elasta QP Design Foam
* Care Free Curl Gold
* Suave Clarifying Shampoo
VITAMINS:
* Daily Multi
* MSM
* Biotin
REGIMEN:
I wash and deep condition my hair once a week.
Clarify when needed.
I use Aphogee leave-ins and Cantu silk, and comb through. Then air dry.

I had a major set-back due to chemical damage.. So I basically did a BC. Right now I'm wearing lacefronts/ weaves until summer.
