Hey all, my name is Shannon and I really want to grow my hair to mid back length by the time I am 24 or 25, I am 20 now and my hair already grows at the normal rate of .5 inches per month and I've gotten it back in its healthy state prior to my fusion exstension freak accident so i figure that should be more than enough time to for me to get my thick midback length locks and to do that I have been following a regimen of the following for about 6 months and plan to do until MBL so check it out!!!

Regimen

- Moisurize twice daily with Glycerin, Wave Nouveau, or Care Free Curl Gold ( I Love Love, Love my Glycerin but will def use the others)

- Protective style daily usually a donut bun, but plan to start the C&G Method soon!!!

- Baggy nightly with Glycerin Mix Care Free Curl Gold,or Wave Nouveau and tie down hair with satin scarf but soon I'll be investing in a satin cap and a satin pillow case

- Wash and deep condition weekly with Creme of Nature Detangling Shampoo and I alternate weekly with deep conditions with protein and moisture Mane and Tail Conditioner with peppermint oil, coconut oil and olive oil (moisture) and LeKair Cholesterol with peppermint oil, coconut oil and olive oil

- Right now I am taking Spring Valley Prenatal Pills and Centrum Multivitamin Daily but plan to take GNC's Hair Skin and Nails Formula

- And I'll only be getting a relaxer and ends trimmed twice a year, yep every 6-8 months it works wonders for me as far as Length and Thickness goes

-I have no growth aids right now but I plan on doing tasha29's MN mix when I start my own C&G Challenge until 2009, oh yeah her MN Mix contains: 2 tubes of MN, rosemary oil, peppermint oil, sheabutter, olive oil, bb moisture, coconut oil, caster oil, sulfur 8 grease and other oil's
