Co-wash twice a week
Moisturize, seal, and baggie daily
Alternate daily between Surge 14 and MTG
Protective styles every day - Buns, phony ponies, instant weaves, wigs
12-15-week relaxer stretch
ApHOGEE Treatment every 6 weeks or so
ACV rinse as needed
