I haven't updated in a very long time and don't currently have a routine regimen. I'm working on it and will try and get back on the horse soon. I had a "oopsie" last year so I've had to cut my hair and are in the regrowth process now.

I began my "Hair Journey" in March of 2007. I have added excercise, water, better haircare, vitamins and supplements to my regimen of overall health. Achieving total health with help me maintain and prolong overall beauty. Over the next couple of years, I strive to have a healthier mind, body and soul and it starts from the inside out.

I added a "Full Steam Ahead" photo section for the period of time that I have been veVERY diligent about my regimen. This started around Dec 07/Jan 08.

Sometimes I have to remind myself to drink another glass of water, or stretch my muscles out (I don't workout much when my hair isn't in braids). I still eat alot of things that aren't great for me, but I'm doing alot better. I eat fast food only once every couple of months, I hardly ever drink pop and I try to eat lots of fruit and veggies.

As of now, hair is the main focus of my album, because it's hard to take pictures of the other parts of my health. My journals will probably be the best way to track my overall progress, as I will note things that I have added to and taken away from my diet, any new exercise routines I have started, etc.
