Okay so its been a loooong time since Ihave updated this site. Pics are coming soon. I WAS locing it up but so did not stick to that commitment. I kept thinking about how wonderful the twist out would look so as soon as my starter locs got fuzzy I was taking them out again. I have come to the conclusion that locs are not for me at this time. I am still learning and loving my loose naps. Two strand twists have become my staple style so I am now trying to learn to style my hair in other ways.

I also want to try some of these henna applicatons and experiment with some other things. I am loving everyones updates and am so glad that I made this decision to go natural over two years ago :) Next summer will be 3 years for me. I hope to have some substantial growth.

So I jumped out the window and cut it all off! I am so happy i did, I didnt think that i would like it as much as i do. So lets see i stopped perming in December 08 and transitioned for 6 months and cant wait to continue growing!

Down to earth person, decided to go natural and have been inspired by some of the journeys i have been able to view here.
My last perm was in the beginning of december (08) so i am in the infant stages but i am getting some kinky twists this weekend to start my transition process.
4/28/09 - So Im still transitioning, got through some kinky twists and a couple cornrowed do's, now Im just using perm rods and wearing it curly. Im so leaning towards just cutting it, rightnow im plannin gon cutting it on Halloween. I plan on getting more braids soon since its getting hot.
