I'm here to keep track of my hair progress, for both health and growth -
I don't take a lot of pics nor do a lot with my hair, I'm really low maintenance with that.
This is the closest I've come in a while to some sort of consistent regimen. It seems to be working so I'll keep it going for awhile.

Playing it by ear going forward as far as when to touch up. I'll let my hair tell me when I can no longer style it and breakage and/or shedding becomes excessive.
I do like to go for at least 12 weeks, seems to work (14 weeks max)

PRE-POO CONDITIONING MIX:
SHIKAKAI OIL
VATIKA OIL
ORS HAIR MAYO
I generally like to leave this combo on hair overnight, then rinse out - eiher cw, use shampoo bar or clarify (see below)
"SHAMPOO"/CLEANSING:
I utilize a alma/coconut bar for washing my hair (I will occasionally use diluted CON green label and use a clarifying poo once a month)
Once done with cleansing - deep condition with main conditioners, most of the time in combination - the hair seems to really like it..and what the hair likes is what matters most.
