I realized my regimen has changed a bit so I need to update. I've removed some products from my regimen. Also, I've been slacking badly but I'm trying to get back on track. I REALLY appreciate all the messages and support I've been getting. I know I'm a little slow replys but I'm working on them. I will answer each of them. Again thanks for all the support and enjoy my page.

I wash every 3 to 4 days but some weeks I've been streching it to every week.

Shampoo: Aveda Damage Remedy Shampoo
Conditioner: Pantene R&N Mask
Leave-In: Giovanni Direct w/ Coconut Oil
Aveda Smooth Infusion Style Prep (I got a sample and so far so good I might buy the full size) w/ Coconut Oil or CHI Silk Infusion

**Every 2 weeks I clarify either with Aveda's detoxifier or an ACV rinse**

Daily Moisture: Phyto 9

-Special Treatments:
*ORS regular relaxer every 8 wks.
*Trim every 8 wks.
*Color w/ Clairol Radiance every 9 wks.
