[REGIMEN FOR WINTER 2009]


My Staples:

-VO5 and Suave's conditioners.
-Unrefined coconut oil.
-Organic Root Stimulator Replenishing Pack.

My regimen is extremely inconsistent.
I bunned my way from SL-APL, but I don't really bun anymore.

I pretty much cowash daily. I do braidouts, twistouts and bantu knots. (pics coming soon.)

So I pretty much: cowash, dry with t-shirt, use the same conditioner as a leave-in, seal with coconut oil, and either braid it up, or twist it up. Fingercomb the next morning and repeat the next night.

I smooth my edges with Hollywood Beauty Olive Cream while they're still wet, and top that off with a DAB of Fantasia IC Gel.

I detangle once a week, after my DC. I DC twice a week in the winter.

I clarify maybe once or twice a month with Suave Clarifying Shampoo.
