I'm a 3rd yr. college student transferring from an HBCU to a college in NY due to a lot of personal changes. My years at college have provided me with so much inner growth and with those inner changes have come many outward changes.

One change that I take great pride in is that of my hair. As of December 2005, I have been LYE free. I transitioned until March '06 and BC'd (big chopped...napptural lingo) early in March '06 and have been proudly AU NATURAL. I did not go natural... I, my dear went back to being natural. I was born with these kinks, that I truly love and do not plan on messing with this blessing. I LYED to myself back in 8th grade and have now reverted back to my natural head of beautiful kiNkz.&.kuRLz*

I will not go on and on about my whole journey... that's what my pics are for. If you have questions simply ask. What I can tell you is that I haven't found a perfect regimen yet... but I'm enjoying looking. Cuz one never appreciates something as much as when one must work for it. I currently am waiting for my Boundless Tresses (a product that many nappturals and permies alike have been raving about) to arrive in the mail. I am also attempting a "3 inches in 3 months" challenge starting August 1, along with some fabulous ladies at the following forum: http://forum.blackhairmedia.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=80422
