My regimen

I wash and deep condition under a hooded dryer at least once per week.

I used to CW during the week, but have not been doing it as much lately.

I currently do not use any direct heat. I only finger comb my hair or ocassionaly use a K-Cutter w/lots of conditioner. I sleep with a satin scarf on a silk pillowcase.

The most common hairstyles I wear are a pony puff (using a Goody ouchless headband), french roll or twist out. Recently, to reduce the stress on my edges from the pony puffs, I've started occasionally rollersetting.

I use the following products:

POOS & CONDITIONERS: NTM (poo, conditioner, hair mask & leave-in), Nexxus Humectruss (name brand & generic), Giovanni Spray Leave-in, Aubreys Organics GPG Conditioner, Asha's Naturals Honey Dew Moisture Balance Treatment

OILS & MOISTURIZERS: WGO, QP Mango Butter, Surge Plus 14 (stopped using this), Protectiv Healthy Ends; Carol's Daughter HHB & Hair Milk, S-Curl Activator Moisturizer, Sta Soft Fro, ORS Carrot Oil, Asha's Naturals Heavenly Hair Butter, Omega Oil & Cocoa de Leche, Rosemary Oil, Rose Water, Nioxin Follicle Booster and Jojoba Oil

GELS, ETC.: Vonte Styling Tool, Fantasia IC Gel with Sparklelites, Giovanni L.A. Natural Styling Gel, Asha's Naturals Sun Kissed Pomade (I have no idea what to do with this, it does nothing for me)

VITAMINS: GNC Hair, Skin & Nails, MSM 1,000 mg, Biotin 1,000 mg, Calcium & Magnesium, Daily Multi-Vitamin; Alfalfa Pills (6/day); Flaxseed Oil capsule form 1x day
