My decision not to relax anymore happened by accident. When I had my daughter I didn't relax for nearly a year. My stylist told me that you CAN grow out your relaxer WITHOUT losing your relaxed ends...she was right. My last relaxer was in July 2007 and I haven't looked back since.

I chopped on 28th April...there are still a few straight bits in the front and the side, but I intend to trim them slowly (I don't like the mushroom look so the front bits come in handy!)

I have nothing against relaxers...I would just rather colour my hair than relax it.

2011 - After months without an update I'm still natural and still dealing with heat damage done a few years ago. I'm grazing, if not already reached MBL at the back.
