About me: I'm here to maintain my relaxed hair and inspire other women of color to do the same. I hope you all enjoy my journey. My primary goal is to have healthy thick luscious hair all the way down to the ends, then the length follows. Enjoy!
Wash day [Every Week]:
1. Pre-poo overnight or for 30 minutes with coconut oil
2. Shampoo with L'Oreal Everstrong Sulfate Free shampoo
3. Rinse hair with Black Tea and leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse out
4. Apply Aphogee 2 minute reconstructor for 30 minutes [protein]
5. Deep condition for 1 hr w/heat with Silk Elements Megacholesterol Treatment [moisture]
6. Detangle and rinse in the shower
7. Apply Infusium 23 leave in, and Herbal Essence LTR leave-in, then air dry with hair hanging down or pinned up
Things I do to my hair:
1. When i get a fresh relaxer, I roller set every week until i reach 5 weeks post. Every week after that , I air dry and put my hair in a bun for the week.
2. I wear my hair down for 3 days after a roller set, then I bun it up for the rest of the week (no exceptions)
3. I moisturize with S-Curl, and seal with Jamaican castor oil every morning and night when i wear my bun
4. I baggy my ends by moisturizing with S-curl and sealing with castor oil, every night after i undo my bun
5. I trim/dust my ends every time i relax my hair
6. I relax my hair every 3 months [12 weeks]
7. I comb my hair ONLY on wash days, unless i have to fix up my bun. I only smooth the comb through my hair to take care of fly aways, im not actually combing it.
8. I keep my hair tied up with a satin scarf every time im inside my house to prevent me from touching my hair
9. I air dry 90% of the time (99.9% in the summer months)
10. I rarely use direct heat
11. I only co-wash when i want to wash a hair style out of my hair long before my wash day is due
12. When im 7 weeks post, i wear my real hair in cornrows and wear my half wigs over it for a few weeks to protect my ends and let my hair rest up

Moisture conditioner: Silk Elements Mega cholesterol Moisturizing Treatment
Cheap conditioner [co-wash]: Herbal Essence Hello Hydration conditioner (love it)
Leave-in's: Infusium 23 repairology leave-in
Cream leave-in/moisturizers: Herbal Essence LTR leave in, NTM silk touch leave in
Moisturizers: S-curl
Vitamin Regimen *Newbie*
Iron = 2/ per day
Garlic = 2/ per night
