I'm a lover not a fighter. I've always been a quiet laid-back female but embarking on this loc journey has helped me get in touch with "me" and learn little by little who I am and who I want people to know and respect me as. It's strange but it wasn't till I started locing my hair that all this came about. Life tested me in so many ways and encouraged me to stand up for myself and let people know who I am. Stand for something or fall for anything. I'm a proud black woman/mother with goals and plenty of ambition. I live with an open-mind and look forward to what the future holds.
