*Absolutely NO shampoo*
Pre-wash DC: On dry hair, Massage scalp, saturate length and ends with Ayurvedic infused Coconut oil (Dabur Vatika Enriched Coconut oil and Mahabringaraj in coconut oil) AO HSR or AO GPB on length esp. ends under plastic cap, leave on15-30 min right before CW, or overnight the night before CW.
Water wash or conditioner wash usually whenever I feel like it, I usually air-dry out or 2-6 sections braids, I try my best to stay away from dry heat. I CW the evening before and let my hair air dry, then turbie twist up.
Moisture/Seal: Ayurveda Coconut oils scalp to ends after every CW then seal with AOHSR, on natural hair for more moisture I follow up w whipped avg & shea butter. I mist with water/AVJ on days I don't CW. nightly or 3x/week I scalp massage with a little of my ayurvedic oil mixture and leave it in. Mist, moisturize, full hair baggie nightly during winter Straight hair just a little bit of oil on the length. At night I put my hair up in a loose high bun, loose braids/twists cover w/ satin bonnet/scarf or sleep or silk/satin pillow case
I use Kinky-Curly Knot Today and Curling Custard for curly wash-n-go's I use Maxi-glide XP steam flat iron to straighten and I have a Caruso Steam Setter. My daily style is a baggie bun or other PS with ends tucked in and moisturized. That's my regular routine, that's all.
Here's some extras I use only when I need it: S&D or Self trims, using Feye's Self Trim Method-in my links page Clarify: ACV diluted 1 part ACV to 3 parts water Cassia Ayurvedic Powders tea rinse (brahmi, brhingaraj)

Essential Amino Acids+ B12 +B complex vits=HF 37, so save your money. I switched out my reg multi for prenatal I used to take it cause it's basically Bargello's vitamin regimen (in my journal blog) in 1 pill and I got superfast length results taking it. The reason I take Vit C daily is the body doesn't absorb other vitmins if Vit C isn't present as well.
