Co-wash weekly or bi-monthly when straight or cold weather, more often in summer-usually whenever I feel like it, I usually air-dry 2-6 sections braids/bands, only blow dry or diffuse if I'm in a hurry or it's cold outside and I don't want to go out with a wet head. Moisture/Seal: apply a little bit of WEN CC and ECVO or EVOO oil to ends nightly, loose bun, braids/twists cover w/ satin bonnet or silk/satin pillow case I use Maxi-glide XP steam flat iron to straighten
Only when I need it: Protein: 2-3 beaten eggs with a capful of EVOO on hair for 10 min under plastic cap DC (2x/month or more when I need it) with WEN Remoist baggie for the evenings, or overnight in a turbie twist. I don't baggie overnight Ayurveda: Brhami, Brhingeraj powders and oils, Henna or Cassia Clarify: ACV diluted 1 part ACV to 3 parts water Self trims
I still do the same things basically except I'm not using the butters or S&D-ing much anymore I use WEN CC, extra virgin coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil as my main staple, if I'm out of WEN my alternate is Suave tropical coconut conditioner. The only other styling products I use are Eco-styler gel, a cheap hair spray, and So Sexy Oil shine spray smells delish

Next goal: Hip straight, BSL Curly Then I'm just going to maintain @ this length and trim back for thick, full ends.
Vitamins Water 1/2L-1L daily Essential Amino Acids (Ess Amino Acids+ B12 +B complex vits=HF 37, save your money) Liquid B12 B complex Fish protein Viviscal substitute Spirulina Fo-ti Centrum complete multi, Calcium, horsetail, Vit C1000-1500mg, Omega 3-6-9, Flax seed caps, Coconut oil caps, every other day Take all of these vits in a weeks time, not all of them in one day
