| Hello everyone! I've FINALLY decided to open a fotki account and I must say I'm really loving it. I've decided to only put my braid regimen since I'm in braids currently and my regimen looks about the same when my hair is down. I'm still figuring out products, so I'll post pictures once that's been decided! Also, I'm 3c with some 3b and shoulder length. My goal is blunt HL stretched or MBL/WL unstretched.
I think my regimen would qualify as a K.I.S.S. regimen...maybe...
Enjoy and thanks for visiting!

-------------------- EXERCISE: --------------------
Minimum of 2 mile walks (daily) Minimum of 1 hour of cardio at gym (daily) Minimum of 15 minutes of strength training or isometric exercises (daily)
------------------------------- STAPLE PRODUCTS: -------------------------------
WHEN IN BRAIDS: 1) Aphogee Keratin and Green Tea Restructurizer spray 2) MoeGro Oil (my updated version) 3) Cantu Shea Butter Leave-in Cream (for braiding) 4) Aussie Emergencee Leave-in spray (This is a maybe...I may find or make a better moisturizing spray later) 5) ACV 6) Black tea
WHEN NOT IN BRAIDS: 1) All of the above 2) Organix Self-Heating Coconut Oil serum (light protein/moisturizer/sealer/just for the smell) 3) Rush Str8 creme (for blow-drying and probably roller-setting when I learn how) 4) Fantasia IC Heat Protector serum (for flat ironing - in the pink bottle) I'm still thinking Biosilk gave me better results, but it's so DAMN expensive. I'm going to try Chi SI next. You can buy it at TJ Maxx for $14-15, so if it's significantly better I may make it my staple.
