MY WEEKLY ROUTINE

STEP 1: CLEANSE
Aphogee Shampoo for damaged hair

STEP 2: CONDITION/CO-WASH
(Alternate between Aphogee’s Balancing Moisturizer/2minute Keratin Reconstructor
and Motions CPR protein Reconstructor)

STEP 3: DEEP CONDITION
Elasta QP DPR11 or Tressemme thermal recovery intensive repair & hydration
(with shower cap for 1hour - overnight)
Depends on how much time I have on my hands

STEP 4: MOISTURIZE
Hawaiian Silky 14in1 Miracle worker and seal with castor oil
(this I do EVERY night)

STEP 5: STYLE
Styles I am using: Pony puffs, wash’n’go
and twist out-set (I am currently on a no heat challenge till October 09 :))

♥Co wash between weekly wash on a need-to-do basis
(If I’m rocking a fierce twist out-set VERY unlikely lol)♥

♥Aphogee 2Step protein treatment every 8weeks♥
