*~My Regime~*:

- Do a co-wash once a week to get rid of the build-up in my hair with Henna conditioner from Andrelon.
- Wash my hair once a week with Tonsil Shampoo Milk or Oil Nutritive shampoo by GlissKur
- Deep condition every other week with Olive oil and Coconut oil
- Braid my hair every night
- Twist my hair every other month
- Use protective styles when my hair doesn't want to behave
- Do a henna treatment every 3-4 months or when necessary.

So far this is working for my hairtype en the products that are available in this country, so if anyone has my hairtype, i hope this regime will work for you too!

25 may, 2008 Update regimen!!`

I've been using the Carrot oil for a couple of weeks now, and it really works for my hair. My hair was very damaged by the leave-in conditoner of Black 'n Sassy, my hair felt after a few days VERY thin and fragile. I guess i was overcondition my hair with it.

Soooo, for now, before i comb my hair in the morning, i spritz it with water, glycerine, castor oil and a leave-in strand Remoisturizing Treatment from Creme of Nature, and i use a conditioner for curly hair, and leave it in!
