- New to the Natural Hair community. I'm still transitioning. Had my last perm in February 2008. It started out being a struggle (especially in the Summer months), but it is getting better. My hair is definitely healthier and getting thicker and longer. I have not been able to bring myself to do the BC as of yet, but the thought is very entertaining;-). I mostly get blow outs and flat irons and for the first time since transitioning, I had my stylist do an updo for a formal affair I will be attending tomorrow. Pictures to follow soon.... I am brand new to this sight and have heard some wonderful things. Looking forward to the networking and sharing of information. Kudos to Curli Gurli who was a big part of my deciding to go natural and for introducing me to this sight.
I have recently began to experiment with braid outs and have found they are very easy and carefree!!!

No longer transitioning, I had my BC today and Curli Gurli, my personal support system, go to girl and inspiration tagged along. So now I am officially Mo Naturale!!! Also mad shouts to Intro2apatterson for all of her support and help.
