When I Wear Braids:
I put in medium sized individual kanekalon braids.
I tend to wear braids for 7 -10 weeks long.

When braids are in once a week I do the following:

Washing my braids and scalp w/ diluted shampoo w/ tsp of baking soda.
Slater on diluted conditioner to my braids (not the scalp) and letting that sit for 30 mins - 2 hours (it depends) under a plastic cap and rinse out.
Applying melted coconut oil and razac leave in to my braids with a sponge (avoiding scalp).

Every 4th week or when needed:

Redo braids that look loose
Redo braids around hair line (constantly checking for build up)

I Wash or Co-wash every 3 days (I daily co-wash during the summer)
When I shampoo I use diluted shampoo and apply only to scalp.

- Before I wash hair I apply favorite condition and 1 tsp oil to dry hair then put on a plastic cap and wrap head with a warm towel or sit under hooded dryer for 30 mins to an hour
- Rinse out in shower
- Then I co-wash or use diluted shampoo in the shower
- Apply favorite conditioner conditioner and again and rinse
- Blot water from hair

While hair Is Damp I Apply:
- Diluted Razac Leave In
- Long Term Relationship Creme Leave In or Rusk Smoother Creme
- And seal with Olive Oil or Amla Lite
- I Use CHI Silk or Fantasia Serum when I style my hair with heat.

Drying:
I air dry my hair 99% of the time.
I use a hooded rollabout hair dryer when I rollerset or wrap hair.

Every 3rd Friday Night I use Aphogee 2 min Keratin
