My 2009 Regimen:
-Relax every 3-4 months
-I use Cream of Nature shampoo and conditioner (moisture) & Aphogee shampoo and conditioner (protein).
-Moisturzing DC every week.
-Henna every month.
-I wear satin or silk wraps to sleep to protect my hair at night.
-Moisturize daily if I can.
-Use a clarify shampoo every 2 weeks because I dont want buildup.
-I try to wear protective hair styles 24/7. ( I wear sew-in, buns, braids, and half wigs.)
**Vitamin Regimen**
~One-a-day womens (overall health multivitamin)
~GNC's Ultra Nourishair (good hair vitamin)
~Fish, Flax Borage Oil (contains omega 3, 6 and 9)
~Biotin (boost hair growth)
