- I've been free since May 10, 2005. I had noticed a wave pattern in between relaxers and said to myself that I was not going to relax my hair again. I was going to cut it all off and see how it grows. My oh my! I have these lovely curls and coils that would have never surfaced if I would have stayed relaxing my hair. I get sooo many MORE compliments with my hair in it's natural state than before. I am sooo loving it!
