Hello and welcome to my page!
My name is Natasha, and my Fotki name cames from the comment my teenage son made after we watched the movie ('Meet the Fockers').
I said how I wonder what will be like when we met our future in-laws.
'It will be such a fun to meet our Fockers', I said.
He paused for a moment, give me the look and said: 'Mom, WE are the Fockers.'
And we probably are, in a way... LOL.

Since I remember, I see the world around me in photos.
But I was never good with technical things, so majority of these photos stayed only in my head. Then digital technology came..... :lol

I started taking photos more seriously in 2003, when I got my first digital camera, as part of the equipment for the new baby :-).
Firstly I used the advantages of digital&virtual world for contacts with our friends and family all over the world.
By time, it became my passion - I am complete amateur, of course.

Most of my photos are still inspired with my children and family events, but I'm having some progress to the other topics, thanks to the inspiration Fotki community is giving me whenever I browse through many lovely albums here.
I would like to have more time to improve my hobby, but no sign of this precious 'extra time' so far :lol.
One day I will be proud of my photos. At the moment, I'm watching, trying and learning...

Wuthering Heights. Sve od Danila Kisa. I usually read 4-5 books at the same time, for last 30-something years, so it's very hard to decide... Recently discovered: Marina Levycka
