Hello All,

This journal is dedicated to all the Hair Forums that I am a member of: Thank you BHM (SN: traphael81), LHCF (SN: traphael), and Nappturality (SN: traphael) for showing me how to pamper my hair to make it healthy, manageable, and strong. HHG Everyone!!!

I started taking better care of my hair in 2007. I was tired of my relaxed hair (yes, again...lol) and wanted a change. This is my 3rd time going Au Naturale!!!! First time was in Highschool, then my sophmore year in college, and now here I am. I stopped perming since the end of summer 2006. I kept my hair braided in micros and kinky twists until Mar 1, 2007. After removing the braids and washing my hair the "relaxed ends" tangled and knoted something awful. It was so bad I just cried, took out my scissors and just randomly chopped off my matted tresses. Oh well...it's just hair, I grew it once, it will grow again.

In Apr 07 I put in a texturizer. What a mistake!!!! I hadn't read the section on BHM about not putting a text on relaxed hair (LMAO) So I cut it again. I braided it and left it alone until 4th of July wknd where I BCed. By then I was like, ENOUGH!!!! NO More Creamy Crack!!! At least for now. Who knows about the future, especially now that I know how to take care of relaxed and natural hair. (Thank you BHM)
