Update: 12-07.
Now I take no vitamins except a multi. I do not do anything special with my hair anymore except while in braids I wash every 7-14 days. Outside of braids I wash 2X/week, DC, moisturize then twist.

WHILE RELAXED my hair got healthier after joining LHCF but I didn't see any significant length. The longest it got was 6" at the back, 8" at top and 5" at the sides but it took almost 1 year which sucked considering I wasn't even bald when I started the journey.

2/07: I had 4" to go for relaxed APL hair but I BC to natural.

APL is 17" from hairline
BSL is 21" from hairline
WaistLength is 24"
