......if you ladies are still aroudn and reading this, what I should have done in the first place is thank all of you for the inspiration and nice, sweet, flattering compliments. It's been a minute since I was here. More than a coupla years. I remember when I was on BHM strong. I really felt a sense of community. We bonded, and OMgoodness did I have some laughs, and I appreciate y'all.


...soooo it's been three years since I've been here. My hair isn't healthy and long as it once was due to neglect, but I'm back, and I am ready to whip it into shape. Today is October 19, 2012. I have joined the *** Early Start 2013 Waist & Hip Challenge *** on BHM My hair is APL stretched.
I plan to wash and condition it once a week.
Right now I am using Suave shampoo and conditioner.
My favorite is Cantu Shea butter leave-in conditioner for moisture,
and I will seal with olive oil, virgin. I like to seal with castor oil too.
Everyday, I will moisturize and seal my ends with
The Cantu and olive or castor oil.
Right now my protective style is two pinned pigtails.
At night, I wear a satin cap.
I will trim my ends and clarify my hair with
ACV vinegar on the 30th of every even month.
I already trimmed for this month. Ends were looking
bad.
