 | Well currently I am trying to commit to actually keeping track of what I am doing to my hair to make sure that it is growing healthy. Right now my main goal is to achieve moisture because my hair is sooooooooo thirsty.
current routine:
*pre-poo with suave humectant and coconut oil, or Burt Bee's pre-shampoo treatment
*shampoo with Burt Bee's Raspberry and Brazilian Nut, CON Detangling shampoo (the red bottle), or co-wash with suave humectant
*oil rinse with oil of choice (castor, coconut, avocado or olive)
*DC with ORS or my concoction (it includes Garnier color protective conditioner, castor oil, avocado conditioner, and an ORS pak..so rich)
*moisturize with sleek 'n shine leave-in/ or Lacio Lacio (I love it, just have to find it locally) and seal with either castor oil or coconut oil
*I try to air dry in twists or braids, if I'm strapped for time I air dry 70% in four sections and then sit under the dryer
styles: roller sets, braid outs, in a head wrap, or flat ironed (yes I practice safe flat ironing).
