- I haven't had a relaxer since forever. I honestly don't know. I didn't get any re-touches in 1992 -1993 (during my pregnancy and after) and after that I was using PCJ (I think that's right....the one for kids) around the edges of my hair only and I did that maybe twice a year at the most! So I stopped doing that sometime between 1998 and 2000.
I'm glad I have found a couple forums (naturallycurly.com, napturality and longhaircareforum) to help give me new ideas and things to try. Since I got my hair cut in March '09 I am now in the process of growing out my hair again as I miss it. Wish me luck.
