- Hello to All!
I transitioned from relaxed hair to natural hair for a period of 3 months. During this process I was trying to make a decison on what I wanted to do. It was between cutting it all of or reapplying another relaxer (Dark and Deadly). After visiting Nappturality.com, that kinda helped me make up mind and brought be to a conclusion that changed my life all for the better and that was to perform the "BC" (the Big Chop). So, after making this decison, I went to a local barber shop and paid him to cut it all off on May 19 2006 and he did just that!
I am so elated with the outcome! Now it July 14 as I write this, 2 months into my "BC" and I am loving it. People are now noticing me for me and not for the wild outlandish hair styles that I wore. The first thing that they notice now is me and not the fake hair that covered the top of my head! That feels wonderful. Some like and some don't but I love it! It has changed me so much. Well I will be back to update cha some more.
