My name is Denisha from Oakland,CA (Bay Area).
I cut my hair a year ago.Now I'm currently SL.
I began my Hair Journey October 17,2008.
I'm also on a Weight Loss Journey & lost 27 lbs.
So I now have braids (as of Nov.19th 08')to manage it better while exercising.
I'm new to all of this & still seeking the best Regimen that my hair loves!
But this is my Reggie so far.....
Hair Regimen:
(Everything 1x a week)
Prepoo overnight w/ Amla Oil or ORS Mayo
Co wash w/ Sauve Coconut or VO5
Shampoo w/ KeraCare Detangling Shampoo
DC for 30-45 mins w/ KeraCare Humecto
Add Aphogee Provitamin leave in,Keratin Green Tea Leave in
Moisturize 2x a day w/ NTM Triple Silk leave in
Seal w/ Vatika or Amla Oil
Add Mizani Rose H20 to scalp 1x a week
Protien Treatment:
(Everything 1x a month)
Shampoo w/Aphogee for damaged hair
Condition w/Aphogee 2 min reconstructor
DC-not sure yet..any suggestions?

Relaxer: Vitale (lye) I want to try Mizani :)
relax every 8-12 weeks
Relaxed Calender: Dec 18 2008(3 month strecth)

DC 1x a week w/ KeraCare Humecto
Moisturize w/ S Curl
Co wash 2x a week
