***My Hair Regimen***

I have bonafied 4a/b type, fragile hair. It grows about 1/4 to 1/2 inch every month. I currently relax every 8 to 10 weeks with Mizani (regular). I get a trim about every 4 months now. I thought stretching relaxers was hard... stretching trims are killing me!

I get a wash & rollerset every week at Clara's salon in Brooklyn, NY. For the most part, I wear my hair out. I wear braids every now then, which I do my self using human hair.

When I do my hair myself, I do a pre-poo treatment, shampoo, condition/deep condition, leave-in, blow dry, flatiron, and wrap. I do protein treatments and clarify about every month.


**Products I Use**

Clarify- Keracare 1st Lather shampoo

Pre-poo (on dry hair for 2 to 3 hours)- EVOO + Suave Milk and Honey

Shampoo- Keracare Hydrating Detangling/Dry & Itchy Scalp, or Mizani Botanifying

Deep Condition (every 2 to 3 weeks with or w/o heat)- Elasta QP DPR 11, Keracare Humecto/Dry & Itchy Scalp, or Mizani Moisturefuse (sometimes I mix these together)

Leave in- Rusk Sensories Leave-in, NTM Silk Touch Leave-in, (sometimes I add in oils)

Protein- Sebastian Pentraitt, Nexxus Emergencee/Keraphix

Hairdress- Essations Cream Shine

Vitamins/Supplements- Vitamin Shoppe MSM Powder 1000mg
